the mix in a bowl (don't even need a big bowl) add the egg and water some of the batter on the skillet a little burnt :( some salsa goes really well with the corn pancakes looks like a face ... kinda (all 2 fried eggs kinda look like a face too me) the fried egg flipped and the egg on top i like my salsa a bit green ;p (and spicy of course)
