i like my salsa a bit green ;p (and spicy of course) and the egg on top the fried egg flipped looks like a face ... kinda (all 2 fried eggs kinda look like a face too me) some salsa goes really well with the corn pancakes a little burnt :( some of the batter on the skillet add the egg and water the mix in a bowl (don't even need a big bowl) a hardy vegetarian (not vegan) breakfast On my plate In my pan The drippings The eggs OMG what happened?
